Co-presenter on 'Nature's Top 40'
BBC2 in autumn 2008
Which are Britain’s greatest Wildlife spectacles? This ten part series, voted by members of the public and moulded into a list by an expert panel, gives a Top 40 countdown of everything that is best about British wildlife. The series will include everything from boxing hares to bluebell displays and the dawn chorus to dancing adders.

This immensely popular magazine programme transmits each weekday at 7pm on BBC1 on virtually every week of the year. I have been filming a vast range of wildlife items for the series and additionally make a number of appearances in the studio to talk on a range of natural history and environmental issues. Items recently covered have included a three-part special on the dawn chorus and two mini series ‘Gardenwatch’ and ‘Beachwatch’ will were transmitted in the spring and summer of 2008.
Presenter on 'Wild Gardens'
July 25th at 8pm for six weeks in the ITV West and West Country regions
My first venture onto ITV sees me presenting a six part series on wildlife gardening. During the series will I be visiting locations as diverse as the Forest of Dean, Somerset Levels and the Lizard Peninsula as I persuade a range of contributors to bring a little bit of countryside into their own back garden and make space for nature.

Ongoing on BBC1 from 2004 to present
Inside Out is a very popular magazine programme produced by BBC regions and covering a variety of local issues. I have reported on a vast range of wildlife items for Inside Out over the last four years for BBC Bristol, Plymouth, London, Leeds and Nottingham. Projects undertaken have been as diverse as filming urban otters, to following the epic journey of a hooded seal and the birth of a baby black rhino.

Presenter on the 'Nature of Britain' - BBC1 in autumn 2007
Designed to be the ultimate portrait of British natural history, Alan Titchmarsh visits all the major wildlife habitats in and around the UK. The programme then gives way to the BBC regions for the final 10 minutes where I present a local perspective for the Points West (Bristol) region. A compilation of these 10 minute slots was also transmitted on BBC4 after the main programme.
Presenter on 'Nature's Calendar'

Nature's Calendar follows on from the highly successful ‘Hands on Nature’ transmitted in 2005 and repeated in 2006. The series consists of 40 programmes, and aims to empower the Great British public to follow in the footsteps of myself and Chris Packham in watching British wildlife. The series is full of top tips as to where and when to see anything from white-tailed sea eagles to the wild asparagus and is split into the four seasons.

The CBeebies version of Autumnwatch was considered Cbeebies most successful programme ever. Both series ran alongside the adult versions of Autumnwatch and Springwatch on BBC2, and celebrate all things seasonal.

Is a 10 part series that showcases when, where and how to catch up with the best of British wildlife on offer. I travel the length and breadth of the country to bring a huge array of flora and fauna to your screens.

A five part series exploring life on the edge, as I see how wildlife makes a living in the lowest, wettest and scariest places in Britain. I also track down Britain's oldest tree and biggest tidal wave.

Awarded the Royal Television Society award - Best Feature & Factual Entertainment 2005
Myself and wildlife cameraman John Aitchison form the 'Springwatch Squad', as we carry out a whistle-stop tour across Britain, starting in the Scilly Isles and finishing in the Cairngorms in an attempt to film the spring behaviour of a variety of British animals including mad march hares, mating natterjack toads and courting great-crested grebes.
In addition, I also present regular reports for BBCi on the progress of the 'Springwatch Squad' as we chase spring up the country and uncover how the season unfurls in my adopted home city of Bristol.

This series is an epic eight-part story recounting the evolution of the British Isles presented by Alan Titchmarsh. The last 10 minutes of the programme devolve to the regions and I contribute to items for BBC Bristol & Leeds.

'Britain's Wild Invaders'

This 50 minute documentary was my first foray into presenting and is the story of Britain's wild invaders - exotic plants and animals with distant homes that have integrated with our own native wildlife. I discover wildlife that is often exotic, sometimes familiar but always surprising and reveal how they got here and how they're doing.
